✨ About me

Hi, I am Caitlin :)

A little bit more about me—I'm extremely passionate about working with trauma. Whether you're navigating second-hand trauma through work, are a survivor of childhood trauma, or are experiencing PTSD, I’m here to support you.

Alongside this, I’ve worked extensively with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, high levels of stress, low self-esteem, family issues, and relationship difficulties.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, guided both by your preferences and by what the research shows to be most effective for your unique challenges.

Above all, my priority is creating a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe that through relational healing, we feel more confident to create meaningful change. My hope is that therapy becomes a stable base for you—a place where you feel safe, heard, understood, and empowered to make decisions that align with your values.

My ideal client is someone who’s open to being vulnerable, even when it feels difficult—because that’s where the most meaningful work begins. If you’re willing to show up and explore what’s going on beneath the surface, we can walk that path together.

Modalities I draw from include (but are not limited to):

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Polyvagal-informed Somatic Therapy

  • Tri-Phased Treatment for Complex Trauma

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Psychodynamic Therapy

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Qualifications

  • Master of Psychology (Clinical) – Australian College of Applied Psychology

  • Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) – Bond University

  • Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) – Western Sydney University

You are not broken in need of being fixed, you are hurt in need of care
