The Discovery Call is a 15-minute online call where you can talk about what’s been going on and what kind of support you’re looking for. It’s a calm, welcoming space, no pressure, no expectations.

You’ll be invited to share what feels important right now, ask any questions you might have, and explore whether starting therapy feels like the right next step for you. If you're ready, we can book your first session during the call. If not, that’s okay too.

This call is about you: your story, your needs, and your pace.
