Welcome to Caitlin Wright Psychology
A Clinical Psychology Practice That Feels Human
At Caitlin Wright Psychology, we are passionate about deep work. We go beyond skills and symptom reduction, blending psychological science with genuine human connection — honouring both the complexity of the brain and the depth of the heart and soul.
Hi, I’m Caitlin – Welcome to the practice.
I am so passionate about working with teenagers and adults to create more meaningful lives.
I want to know you — all the different parts that make up who you are. Your mind (thoughts, core beliefs, patterns), your emotions (how experiences show up physically and emotionally), soul & heart (values, purpose, what gives life meaning), your culture, religion, and the relationships that have shaped you.
When I understand the full picture — how you think, feel, and experience life — we can get to the depth of what is really going on.
Non-pathologising approach.
What You Can Expect at Caitlin Wright Psychology
You can expect a thoughtful integration of emotional attunement (heart), exploration of purpose and meaning (soul), and practical, evidence-based strategies (science).
We believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change. We hope that therapy can become a stable base — a space where you can be raw, vulnerable, and fully yourself. From this foundation, more meaningful and authentic relationships can grow, including the relationship you have with yourself.
Our non-pathologising approach moves away from asking, “What’s wrong with you?” and instead invites a more curious and compassionate question: “What is going on with you?”
