Your Psychologist
Meet Caitlin Wright
Clinical Psychologist & Founder
Hi, I am Caitlin – I‘m so glad you’re here
I am a clinical psychologist, passionate about working with teenagers and adults to create more fulfilling, meaningful lives.
The therapeutic relationship is, to me, the most important factor in therapy, and I believe it is the foundation for change. My passion lies in hoping that therapy can become a stable base for you — a space where you can be raw, vulnerable, and fully yourself. From this foundation, more meaningful and authentic relationships can grow, including the relationship you have with yourself.
I want to know you — all the different parts that make up who you are. Your mind (your thoughts, core beliefs, and patterns), your emotions (how experiences show up physically and emotionally), your soul and heart (your values, purpose, and what gives life meaning), your culture, your religion or spirituality, and the relationships that have shaped you.
When I understand the full picture — how you think, feel, and experience life — we can get to the depth of what is going on.

Balanced & Compassionate
Trauma Support for Adults & Adolescents
I am especially passionate about supporting clients who are navigating the impacts of trauma. Trauma can take many forms, including relational trauma — such as emotional invalidation, growing up with a parent who struggled with their mental health, or experiences of emotional or physical abuse. I also work with other forms of trauma, including single-incident trauma (PTSD) and vicarious trauma.
Trauma can often show up as feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — from yourself or from the world around you. It can make day-to-day life feel harder, and shape the way you experience the world, leading to beliefs that it is unsafe, that people are untrustworthy, or that you are unworthy.
In therapy, we can work together to shift this blueprint, helping you see the world — and yourself — in a more balanced and compassionate way.
I bring a broad range of experience to my work, including previous roles in youth work and child protection. I have been practicing as a therapist for around five years, supporting a diverse range of clients along the way.
In therapy, my hope is that you feel comfortable — settling in with a cup of tea and an open conversation.

Let’s Connect…
The Discovery Call is a 15-minute online call where you can talk about what’s been going on and what kind of support you’re looking for. It’s a calm, welcoming space – no pressure, no expectations.
You’ll be invited to share what feels important right now, ask any questions you might have, and explore whether starting therapy feels like the right next step for you.
If you're ready, we can book your first session during the call. If not, that’s okay too.
This call is about you: your story, your needs, and your pace.
