Why group therapy?
Group therapy is a well-researched, evidence-based approach that can be just as effective as individual therapy for many concerns. Healing can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. As humans, we are innately social beings—throughout history, our survival depended on staying connected to our group. While we may not face the same threats today, the need for support, belonging, and shared experience remains. Group therapy offers a space where you can grow, learn, and feel understood alongside others on a similar journey.
